What You Need To Know
In Order To Prepare for Soon-Coming Events!!
A Brief Introduction To The Book of Revelation
"Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things
which are, and the things which shall be here
after."(1:19)
On the basis of Revelation chapter 1 verse 19, we can
summarize its, focusing on the events under the categories
of past, present and future as follows:
| |
Past |
Present |
Future |
| World |
The things which thou
hast seen |
The things which are. |
The things which shall
be hereafter. |

It laid the foudation of the revelation.
It describes John's situation when he received the
revelation. |
It describes the real
conditions of all spiritual churches throughout
human history and is a word of reproach, advice,
and promise from the Lord.
This history shall be
fulfilled to the end of
the last days, and it is related to the activity
of the white horse in Revelation chapter 6. |
The seven seals, seven
trumpets plagues, seven vial plagues which unfold,
including the first woe, the second woe, and the
third woe.
It is the word of blessing of the second coming
of the Lord the Millennial Kingdom, the white throne
judgment, the new heaven and earth and the new Jerusalem. |
The Link Between the Seven Seals,
Seven Trumpets and Seven Vials
The seven seals (6:1-17; 8:1), seven trumpets (8:7-12;
9:1-21; 11:14-15) and seven vials (16:1-21) make up the
connecting links in the structure of the book of Revelation.
They are keys to understanding “The Three Stages
of the Great Tribulation” explained later in this
issue.
This part of the text is very hard to understand from
a purely intellectual viewpoint because these events are
not narrated in a continuous time sequence. God has concealed
a profound mystery here. They contain a profound mystery
that is concealed even while it is revealed. I pray that
the blessing of understanding the words written here and
the blessings of reading and keeping the things in this
book of Revelation be yours, and that all who receive
this book may receive spiritual insight from the seven
Spirits of God! (Rev. 1:4; 3:1; 4:5; 5:6)
