Chapter 12: The Place of Nourishment and Protection
“1. And there appeared a great wonder in
heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under
her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2.
And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and
pained to be delivered.” (1-2)
The woman being with child represents the servants of
God who are commissioned during this period of suffering
and trials. Due to the light of Jesus, the righteous sun,
these commissioned servants, like the moon, reflect His
light brightly. We can see the spiritual blessing of the
twelve crowns that are prepared for the saints who shall
carry out their tasks. Yet, “she being with child
cried, travailing in birth and pained to be delivered,”
means that she needs to toil, because she still needs
to be more fully equipped with the powerful anointing
of God to overcome the work of Satan. The calling of the
servants who are commissioned requires them to be trained
in the wilderness for the endowment of such power. (Rev.
12:6) The “thousand two hundred and threescore days”
of verse 6 is the period of the first three and a half
years of the seven-year Tribulation. The wilderness is
the place prepared for training these servants who are
commissioned to receive the awesome power of God. (Rev.
7:2-3; 8:3-4; 14:1-7; Joel 1:14; Heb. 5:7)
“3. And there appeared another wonder in heaven;
and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and
ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4. And his
tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did
cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the
woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her
child as soon as it was born”.... 14. And to the
woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she
might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she
is nourished for a time, and times, and a half a time,
from the face of the serpent.” (3-14)
Satan's insidious work of deception is carried out by
false prophets. The Devil knows that he has only a short
time left, so he comes down to the earth to fight against
the righteous, the prophets, the apostles and the martyrs.
But God has prepared a place of protection for the servants
who are commissioned through the Everlasting Gospel and
the Seal of God during the Great Tribulation. (Rev. 2:26-27;
12:11; 17:14; 18:24) The battle described in Rev. 12:14-17
shall take place at the end of the seven-year Tribulation
under the sign of the number six hundred sixty-six which
is described in Rev. 13:16-18, 12:7-9, 12, 17
Chapter 13: Satan’s Number: 666
“4. And they worshiped the dragon which
gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the
beast, saying, who is like unto the beast ? who
is able to make war with him? 5.And there was given
unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies;
and power was given unto him to continue forty and
two months. 6.And he opened his mouth in blaspemy
against God, to bleasphome his name, and his tabernacle,
and them that dwell in heaven.7.And it was given
unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome
them: and power was given him over all kindreds,
and tongue, and nations.” (4-7)
11. And I beheld another beast coming up out of
the earth, and he had two horms like a lamb, and
he spake as a dragon. 12.And he exerciseth all the
power of the first beast before him, and causeth
the earth and them which dwell therein to worship
the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh
fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight
of man 14.And deceiveth them dwell on the earth
by the means of those miracles which he had power
to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them
that dwell on the earth, that they should make an
image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword,
and did live. 15.And he had power |
 |
 |
to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image
of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many
as would not worship the image of the beast should be
killed. 16.And he causeth all, both small and great, rich
and power, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right
hand, or in their foreheads; 17.And that no man might
buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of
the beast, or the number of his name.” (11-17)
“18. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding
count the number of the beast: for it is the number of
a man: and his number is Six hundred three score and six.”
(13:8)
This chapter contains the prophecy about the number “Six
hundred three score and six” (666). It is the number
of the beast which shall be revealed during the period
of the second half of the Great Tribulation. During this
period, Satan shall give his power to the beast, and the
beast government shall appear, armed with hypnotic mind-control
and the intellectual arguments of atheism. Many martyrdoms
shall occur during the rule of the beast. He shall perform
miracles and cause the people to kneel down and worship
the power of the beast. Then a false ecclesiastical power,
the Harlot, shall appear. (Rev. 16:2; 20:10; 19:20; 14:8-11;
Dan. 7:3-8; Rev. 17:5-13; 12:3-4; Dan. 7:24-25; Lk. 21:34-36)|
The power of the Antichrist shall oppress all nations
and peoples by unifying the world into a single economic
bloc. The three-fold identity of Satan is the same three-fold
number of the Devil: 666. Those of the number 144,000,
the sealed ones who received the power of God, shall curse
the forces of Satan represented by the number 666, and
will be sacrificed as martyrs to stand on mount Zion for
the duration of the intense persecution. This host of
martyrs shall be the reason for the Lamb’s judgment
being poured out on the enemy at the day of vengeance
of God, the third woe, the day of wrath of the Lamb.
The details on the Satan’s identity, 666, and the
third woe are described in this publication in “Prepare
for the Three Stages of the Tribulation.”
Chapter 14: The 144,000 on Mount Zion
“1. And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on
the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four
thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
2. And I heard a voice from heaven as the voice of many
waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard
the voice of harpers harping with their harps: 3. And
they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and
before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could
learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand,
which were redeemed from the earth. 4. These are they
which were not defiled with women: for they are virgins.
These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he
goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits
unto God and to the Lamb.” (1-4)
The 144,000 on mount Zion who receive such awesome power
to curse the beast and his number 666, shall tread the
hosts of their enemies under their feet like ashes. These
constitute the great host that shall stand on mount Zion
as martyrs of fierce spiritual battle. (Rev. 6:9-11; 11:7;
12:11; 13:7; 14:13; 15:2-3; 17:14; 18:20,24; 19:7-8, 14;
20:4)
“6. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of
heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them
that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred,
and tongue, and people 7. Saying with a loud voice, Fear
God, and give glory to him: for the hour of his judgment
is come: and worship him that made beaven, and earth,
and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” (6-7)
The Everlasting Gospel is the truth that shall prepare
for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the tribulation
of the last days. The Everlasting Gospel contains three
important messages: 1. Fear the Almighty God! 2. The time
of God’s judgment is at hand! 3. Worship the only
true God and turn from idols! (Mt. 24:45-47; Dan. 12:3;
Lk. 21:27; Rev. 19:11-16)
“14. And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and
upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having
on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with
a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy
sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap;
for the harvest of the earth is ripe. 16. And he that
sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and
the earth was reaped.” (14-16)
The Everlasting Gospel is the gospel of harvest to prepare
for the Second Coming of the Lord. This is for the great
harvest that will take place at the end of the last days.
The servants who received the power of the Everlasting
Gospel are commissioned as God’s harvest workers
in the last days. These true servants shall proclaim the
Everlasting Gospel. The Lord shall mightily judge wicked
mankind (the clusters of the vine of the earth) that resist
it. (Rev. 14:17-20)
The profound message of the Everlasting Gospel is presented
in more detail in the article “Three Stages of The
Gospel” in the IEGM’s “Everlasting Gospel
World Mission Bulletin” issue number 8-1.
Chapter 15: Preparation of the Seven Vial Plagues
“1. And I saw another sign in heaven, great and
marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues;
for in them is filled up the wrath of God.”
This is the scene of seven angels waiting of the Lord's
command to pour them upon the earth. The seven golden
vials are filled with the wrath of God that will be manifested
in the seven last plagues. The promised awesome power
of God’s judgment on the earth shall be fulfilled.
