As we visited Kumasi, the second Largest city of Ghana, to conduct our spiritual campaigns in four districts of the city, God performed extraordinary miracles. Jackson Park, one of the first stops of the crusade, acts as a border separating the Muslim residential district where a secondary school building and a temple are located. This is separated from the Christian community with many different church buildings. The park was filled with all kinds of people: enthusiastic Christians from different denominations, nominal believers, curious kids, businessman, prostitutes, deafmutes, cripples, the possessed, witchcrafters, drug addicts and backsliders. Two Muslim blind men, a young man with a broken arm and a woman contemplating suicide also were among the crowd.

"Jesus took all the burdens of our infirmities and diseases in His body, and paid full price for our salvation on the cross. He is greater than your problems or any illnesses. He wants to take up your heavy burdens. All you can do is to trust in Him and to leave yourselves to His care. He will give you a gift of healing miracles tonight!" Evangelist Kim challenged 44,000 people with this faith building message for divine healing according to the promise in the Scriptures. His preaching was not with wise or persuasive words, rather with a demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit. He delivered a life changing message, prayed earnestly for the sick and laid his hands on each person to harvest soul for Christ.

The outcome was tremendous: There was the awesome miracle where the two Muslims who were blind gained their sight. The back problems of fourteen people vanished; two deafmutes received their hearing; seven cripples began to walk and three stroke victims were cured. But this was just the beginning. The outpouring of the Spirit continued and increased day after day. Stomach aches, asthma, rheumatism, hypertension and many other minor conditions were also reported healed.

The young man with the broken arm received n a soccer game five days before was in constant pain until the laying on of hands set the broken bone. He was so overjoyed and praised the Lord for the miraculous healing. The suicidal woman heard the gospel of Jesus and found a new hope in Christ. She shared heavenly peace with tearful eyes and made her firm decision for the Lord.

Along with the healing miracles, vast number of souls came into the kingdom of the Lord. An estimated 18,000 people accepted Christ as their Savior. Counselor who were praising God for the amazing bountiful harvest prayed with new converts and helped them fill out decision cards. This great blessing occurred as many prayer warriors, selected from among the host churches, took positions behind and under the platform to pray and intercede.

Their earnest and ceaseless support in warfare prayer caused a heavenly invasion and resulted n this abundant harvest. To describe in full what the Lord did in Kumasi would require enormous time and space. May God, who proclaimed the Lordship of Jesus triumphed within the borders of the Muslim territory, be exalted and honored. Glory to God!

"...Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts"(Zec. 4:6).
