A Courtesy Call

to The President of the Philippines

IEGM made missionary journeys to many Asian countries- the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan from April to October 1993.

Hosted by the Dove Foundation International(DFI), the World Prayer Congress was extended to hold prayer sessions and healing crusades in cities in the Philippines. Making a courtesy call to President Fidel V. Ramos, Rev. Kim with Christian leaders held a prayer session at the Malacanang Palace. They visited national leaders as a part of the prayer sessions. They gave the keys to the cities from the Mayors of Manila, Mandaluyong and General Santos. Rev. Kim prayed for and encouraged the rulers of the country to follow God's perspectives.
